Who processes the data
The data controller is Embilo OÜ.
What we collect
- Through the interest form: your email address and, if you add them, your name, company and message.
- Standard web server logs: IP address, time, the address opened and the browser name. We use them only to keep the site reliable and secure.
The site uses no cookies, analytics or ad tracking. Fonts and images come from our own server, so no third party receives your IP address when you open the page.
Why
The interest form details are emailed to the Embilo team so that we can reply and offer you Embilo. The legal basis is our legitimate interest and your request to be contacted. The data is never sold or passed on for marketing.
How long
We keep the interest form message for as long as the related conversation continues, and delete it at your request. Web server logs are deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Reply to the email we sent you, or write to us through the interest form. If you believe we have processed your data wrongly, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the data protection authority in your own country.
